Updating Your ID

California state law requires that dispensaries maintain a copy of each customer's current identification on file at all times. When an order is placed, our dispatch team verifies the customer ID on file is current and matches the customer name before accepting the order. Should the ID on file be expired or not a match for the customer's name, the order will be placed on hold for the remainder of the day and the customer will be contacted via phone and email, giving the customer an opportunity to update their ID on file. 


Please note: if your order is delayed or rescheduled due to an expired or ineligible ID on file, a late fee will not be applicable for your order.

How to Update Your ID

Step 1: Log into website at www.420Kingdom.com/menu/


Step 2: Click the user icon in the top right corner of the website:

Step 3: In the pop up window, click the edit (pencil) icon to the right of your name to update your personal information:

Step 4: Hover over your existing ID on file to select a new image to upload from your device or use your device's camera to capture a new image:
