Account Details

In order to place an order with 420 Kingdom, the following information is required for our website and/or for phone orders:

• First and Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Valid Email Address
• Active Mobile Phone Number

Before placing your first order on our website, you will be required to confirm your account with a a text message confirmation. You will also be required to upload a photo of a valid ID from one of the following: 

• State ID Card
• State Driver's License
• Passport
• Military ID Card

If ordering via phone, the above information will be required except uploading a photo of your ID.

Upon delivery, the driver will be required to match your ID to your account details and take a photo to upload your ID to our system. This is a requirement of the state. If you do not have a valid ID at the time of delivery, your order will be cancelled.

You have two options for creating a Loyalty Account with 420 Kingdom: Automatic Account Creation or Manual Signup/Referral Signup.

Automatic Account Creation

When ordering from 420 Kingdom for the first time, if you do not already have a Loyalty Account with us, our system will generate a Loyalty Account for you based on the information you input when creating your website account. This account will come online within 24 hours of your first order with us. In order to login to this account, you can visit 420Kingdom.com/wallet/ and complete the sign in process using your mobile phone number. 

Manual Signup/Referral Signup

If you create your Loyalty Account manually here or are referred by another customer to receive a promotional discount for your first order, you can follow the instructions provided. IMPORTANT: In order to ensure your Loyalty Account is connected to your Website Account, you must use the same Email Address and Mobile Number for both accounts. If you do not, these will not be connected and you will not be able to view your points balance on our website, or redeem Loyalty Discounts on our website.
