420 Kingdom reserves the right to charge customers a fee for any disputed charges on credit or debit card purchases. Customers will be responsible for their original order amount including taxes and delivery fee, any tip amounts that were included with the original charge, and a $75.00 chargeback fee comprising of the fee assessed by the payment processing company and an administrative fee. This policy will be effective for all purchases after 2/1/24.
Initial Report & Investigation
Once a customer submits a dispute to their financial institution, 420 Kingdom will be informed by our payment processor of the chargeback. In most cases, there will be a grace period of one week where the matter can be investigated and the customer can cancel their dispute with no resulting fees being assessed. If this occurs, the customer will not be responsible for any chargeback fees. The customer will be required to contact our payment processor to affirm that the dispute has been closed in our favor to close the matter.
Legal, Arbitration, and/or Collections Fees
Should the matter not be resolved by the customer, additional fees and actions will be taken by 420 Kingdom. In the event that the investigation requires any legal, arbitration, or collections fees assessed by a third party, the customer will be responsible for covering these costs. These costs may vary but shall not exceed $250 per chargeback incident.
Legal Action & Termination of Account
When a chargeback has been determined to be a fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, 420 Kingdom reserves the right to file a report with local law enforcement for further investigation. 420 Kingdom will also permanently ban the customer, terminate their account, and remove any loyalty points in their account.
