Updating Account Details

It's important to keep your account information current and accurate. Because we sell a controlled substance via our website, logins must be tied to an active mobile phone number to keep them secure. We also maintain HIPPA compliance to protect your personal data and order history as our products are medicinal in nature.

To update your details, login on our website and click your name in the top right corner. In the pop-up window, you'll be able to update your name and primary address. You can NOT update your Email or Phone Number associated with your account for security purposes. If you need to update either, please reach out to us at [email protected], by calling 661-777-KING, or via our Live Chat. Please provide your original Email/Phone Number and what you'd like to change it to. 

Should your Email or Phone Number change on your website account, you will also need to update it for your Loyalty Account in order to access your Loyalty Points and Promotions on our website. You may do this in two ways:

1. Access your Loyalty Wallet by visiting 420Kingdom.com/wallet/ and login using your mobile phone number and password. Once logged in, click the Account icon in the top right corner, update the Phone or Email details, then scroll down and press 'Save Profile' to complete.
2. Open our App on your mobile device, click the Account icon in the top right corner, update the Phone or Email details, then scroll down and press 'Save Profile' to complete.

If you cannot access your old phone number in order to login on our website or the Loyalty wallet/app to make an update to your details, please reach out to our team by emailing [email protected], calling 661-777-KING, or using our Live Chat feature. Please provide your original Email/Phone Number and what you'd like to change it to.
