Ordering for Pop-Up Locations

We have three methods of placing a Pop-Up Delivery Order for your convenience. In order to expedite your shopping experience, we do recommend placing your order for Pop-Ups in advance via our website or phone. How to order:

1. Order at Pop-Up Locations: There is no need to place an order in advance for our Pop-Up Locations (though it is recommended). Customers are welcome to stop by during scheduled delivery hours at the Pop-Up Location (3:30-10pm Sunday to Thursday, 10am-10pm Friday & Saturday) and speak with one of our Pop-Up Drivers to place an order. Once your order is placed, it will be delivered to you at the Pop-Up Location shortly. Please be aware, we typically only have one person working for 420 Kingdom, so there could be a slight wait if there are several customers ahead of you in line.
   
   
2. Order From Website: You can place an order in advance through our website just as you would for regular delivery. First, you'll choose either our Scheduled or Express Menu. Note: if ordering before 2pm, you can get a Scheduled order same-day at the Pop-Up Location. If ordering from our Express Menu, make sure you enter the delivery address as the Pop-Up Location's address, this will display the products that can be delivered to that location at that time. 
   
   When checking out, make sure your delivery choice (Scheduled or Express) is the same as the menu you have added items from. If you add items from our Scheduled Menu, but then select Express Delivery at checkout, the website may tell you some items are no longer available. If choosing Scheduled Delivery, you can schedule your order for the next seven days, but any time slot before operating hours of the Pop-Up Location will be rescheduled. 
   
   
3. Order Via Phone: We're happy to take your order over the phone during our normal business hours. Our staff will be happy to let you know what items are available for Express delivery at our Pop-Up Location, or help with a Scheduled order to the Pop-Up Location. 

All of our regular discounts in our app or loyalty wallet are able to be used for orders at our Pop-Up Locations. However, we will have some exclusive discounts (and products) for our Pop-Up Locations from time to time. These Pop-Up Exclusive Discounts can be applied manually by our staff. Be sure to ask your Pop-Up Location Driver about available promotions!
