Late Fee Discount Policy

420 Kingdom is happy to offer a 20% Discount on any Express Order delivered late (beyond 1-hour delivery guarantee)!

Should your Express order be late, your order will receive a 20% discount. If your order has already been paid or closed before the discount is applied, your Loyalty Wallet will be credited with the points-value equivalent of 20% on your order. The 20% discount is calculated as follows:

(Subtotal - Discounts Applied) x 20%

The 20% Late Fee Discount amount does not include taxes or fees. It is calculated based on the subtotal, less any discounts applied. 

For example, if the 20% Late Fee Discount amount is $20, your Loyalty Wallet will have 40 Loyalty Points added which you may redeem on your next order. To redeem your Loyalty Points, please select a points-based discount to use at checkout from the drop down menu.

If you believe your order qualifies for a Late Fee Discount, please contact our team via Live Chat, by calling 661-777-KING, or tell your driver. 

1. Only Express Orders qualify for the Late Fee Discount. Scheduled orders delivered beyond the 3-hour window do not qualify.
2. Orders delayed due to customer not being available for delivery do not qualify for a Late Fee Discount.
3. Orders put on hold due to customer ID issues do not qualify for a Late Fee Discount. 
4. Late Fee Discounts must be requested on the day of delivery so our staff may verify the order qualifies. We are unable to validate requests made after the day's orders have closed.
